We've rented storage space here off and on for the past 30 years. Very close to our house, spaces are so much more affordable (half the cost of other units close by), and we've never had an issue. A bit antiquated in only accepting cash or checks wtih no option for credit cards or auto-pay, but since it's so close it isn't an issue to swing payments over.

I tried to rent a large unit but it was not available. Ken rented me two smaller units for the same price. He told me when the larger unit became available he would call me. Very pleased.

Needed storage immediately and ABC was able to rent me a unit. Their month free was a extra bonus.
